Why does support not reply? Why does support not reply?

I completed the betfair bonus program 2 months ago and yet have not heard anything. When I asked, support told me I had not completed it and to wait for the next months completion list. This has come and gone and after 2 emails to support nothing.

Can someone please respond to my emails or PM me.

Furio, I have the EXACT same thing happening to me. I registered for the bonus on 27th of March, cleared it on the 29th of March. After 30 days hearing nothing, I mailed support with a screen shot proving I had fullfilled the 150 betfair points requirement, got a reply from Kiera stating she would investigate and if I didn't hear anything after 5 working days, I should mail back. I did, twice since then, but to no avail, I didn't get a single answer....

So I got the same request as you: please mail me with a situation detail...

Both of you should have replies to you bonus support questions at this point. If not, please let me know.

As a note, we have enlisted Ryan's help in answering bonus support questions. In the short term, please bear with us if there is a longer delay than usual as we get better organized to handle the customer support for this program.

Kiera, I understand that you're a volunteer mod and can't be expected to be in all places at once.

What I don't understand is why something which is clearly a moneymaking operation for 2+2 (and therefore deserving a professional approach) is being handled so badly.

same problem here :-( i have cleared the bonus on skypoker 37 days ago and nobody has say nothing to me, i have sent and email to bonus_support@twoplustwo.com 6 days ago and nobody replies...what happens?

In this case, bonus support has not replied yet because 6 days unfortunately would be a dream come true for a response from our Sky Poker affiliate manager.

Hang tight and send another inquiry to bonus_support@twoplustwo.com so that we can easily match your forum complaint to your bonus account.

You guys disappoint me. I've earned two bonuses through 2+2 to date, and although one took longer than I hoped, I can't blame 2+2, and wouldn't be so cold as to try using this forum as a means of applying pressure.

Kiera, you rock. I'm working towards my third set as I type, and armed with the knowledge I got from the Harrington cash books, am also making more profit in the process.

What are you talking about? I am not using this forum to apply pressure. I was using this forum as support was not sending replys to my email. As it happened someone else signed up and was having the same issue and was able to respond here. While I am not blaming 2+2, who would you like me to blame? I have no affiliate relationship with betfair so 2+2 is the only party I need to deal with regarding this offer.

I am so glad you liked your books. The promo was completed before the books came out and only today with the help of Kiera have I been able to select them as my books. So before you get on your high horse, think about what you are saying.

Furio, I think you are misunderstanding what ooze is trying to say. please... no fighting!

I will work with all of you to get your bonus books if you have honestly met all of the requirements, and I apologize if sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to come to a resolution.

Regardless, questions regarding your 2+2 bonus account and whether you have met the requirements for the promotions that you have registered need to be handled through the bonus_support@twoplustwo.com e-mail address.

note - I updated the sticky in this forum a couple of days ago mentioning this.
