It's 50 points per dollar for the $10 "free" money and 600 points per $5 of the 100% signup bonus. Also, one thing I discovered the hard way, is that unlike Party Poker, on Titan, if you make a deposit and lose money, you have lost your deposit rather than the "free" money. For example, you deposit $20 and get $10 free. Then you lose $5. It looks like you have $25, but you can only withdraw $15 from your account. The "free" $10 is still locked up until you clear the bonus. If you really want a freeroll, you should wait until the $10 bonus is in your account, then withdraw your deposit.
Update on the above-- Titan now says that you must clear the entire "free" $10 by getting 500 Titan points before you can withdraw any of the $10. They also have a minimum $20 for withdrawls via Neteller.
For the books you need 1250 Titan points. Please refer to the terms and conditions at http://twoplustwo.com/bonus/titanpoker.php?UID= for more information on eligiblity for the book bonus.
