I had chosen the books on 2nd January, and I haven't received them yet.
On 14th February I sent an email to support; on 22th February I send a reminder. In both cases, I have received the automatic reply, but nothing else.
I have no doubt about your good faith, and in fact I received the books the other time I had gained your bonus.
But support is either slow or encountering technical issues.
