not sure if the reqs have changed a couple of weeks later

All you have to do is sign up through the 2+2 link, enter the bonus code and make a deposit. There are no other requirements.

I thought it was play one hand in a real money game as well. In his previous thread, pokeraustria has quoted the reps from Betfair stating something to the effect of wagering 30 Euros. If someone from 2+2 could look into this and confirm one way or the other, that would be great (should not be a problem now that the holidays have passed). I'm not too worried about the promo I just want to know what I need to do to have it completed already.

I have sent appr. 7 or 8 emails to betfair and asked them what i have to do to get the books!

They didnt even know that they offer this bonus and couldnt tell me how many hands i have to play...

I disagree. While it is a 2+2 offer, they get informed by the site offering the deal when the requirements have been made. 2+2 doesn't monitor each site and check every players raked hands, for example. Therefore to say Betfair wouldn't know about it would be wrong.

i think so bottom line..

they have to inform 2+2 when the player has met the requirements!!!

so they must know what i have to do.. but they dont do

and 2+2 also dont know what the req. are on betfair!!!!!

Would like to know what's going on too.

I've registered for nearly a month and played in 0.05/0.10 for 300ish hands. Think I have met the requirements but never get any message from Betfair or 2+2.

I am in the same boat. Emailed betfair about 5 times and they have no clue about ANYTHING. I’ve also emailed bonus support about 5 times and have never had any response. I don’t think 2+2 should be putting on these kinds of bonus offers if they cant run efficient promotions and have trouble answering emails.
I dont mean to be rude, but im very dissapointed.

I have not yet picked my books, because i am moving house soon. 2+2 support told me that it would be best to chose my books a few days before i change my address, so that the books dont get delivered to the wrong house.

From section B, I will be choosing The mathematics of poker, Poker tournament strategies and Getting started in Hold'em.
I am not sure which books to choose from section A. Im either going to get HOH v2 and HOH v3 or The theory of poker and No limit Hold'em theory and practice.

I too, have used Betfair for sports betting in the past, but never set (virtual) foot in their poker room. Whats the story with that?

I got the "Choose your books" few days ago. I'm pretty sure I did not reach $30 and that there is not a set requirement as of now.

seems, that the requirements to get the bookz @ betfair have changed.
they are higher now.
hmm...maybe cuz some wags emailed betfair 5-8 times and ask odd things about books and requirements ? dunno

but they are still low. so wayne...
