Regarding my Partypoker bonus and no reply from 2p2

Hi,
I registered with partypoker on 15th of May and cleared the bonus on the same day. Sent an email to 2p2 bonus support about 2 weeks ago and recieved a reply that I had not met the requirements yet, which is not correct as I had personally checked them before by partypoker customer service just to be sure.
After that I have also sent an email with screenshots verifying that I have completed the required bonus to 2p2 bonus support and still no reply.
Any update on that?

Our affiliate manager for Party Poker reported that a record of your account
could not be found. I fowarded the screen shots and your letter. Will let you know when we hear anything more.
