"your account has been logged out due to inactivity"

Does anyone get this message the moment they click anything on the my account page?
The moment I try to register for any of the programs, they tell me my account has been logged out due to inactivity and brings me right back to the login page. My account is thus rather useless as I cant do anything when im in.
Kindly advise please Support.

When I look at your account I see that you successfully registered today. Please let us know if you have any additional difficulties.

I´ve got the same problem. Every time I log into the bonus account this message occurs: "your account has been logged out due to inactivity". I dont know what to do, please help me, Kiera!

I've been notified to choose my 5 free books...but due to this same problem...I cant get pass the login page!...zzzz
