Which "B" books? +Can you ADD books?

Hi,
Just curious about two things....
First -> WHICH 3 books in the "B" category would be good for an NLHE player (micro/small cash/tourney player)? I've provided the list below, so that you don't have to go elsewhere to look it up. The only reason I ask is I honestly don't recognize any of those titles (unlike the "A" titles, where I recognize most!)
Second -> can you pay for and ADD books to the 5 free books you get with the deal? Reason: I want to add Kill Phil and Kill Everyone, but I'm thrifty (aka CHEAP) when it comes to shipping charges. :-) (hey! I play the micro's!)
Anyways, here are the "B" category choices - I've only picked out the ones that seem poker specific. Any guidance would be appreciated:
Sklansky on Poker
Inside the Poker Mind
Poker Essays
Poker Essays - Volume II
Poker Essays - Volume III
Poker, Gaming, and Life
Poker Tournament Strategies
Poker Farce and Poker Truth
Getting Started in Hold'em
Fundamentals of Poker/Video Poker set.

I don't know about those other books but I have Sklansky on Poker, and tbh i don't think it's of much help if you're looking for a good NLHE book. The first ~100 pages are short 2-3 page articles on various stuff in poker and only a few of them are about hold'em. The last ~100 pages are about Razz, how to play from 3rd to 7th street and what to do in various situations. But I liked the razz section of the book though.
