Prime Poker met requirements almost 2 months ago support doesnt respond

I have met the requirements for the free books on prime poker almost 2 months ago. about 3/4 weeks ago somebody from 2+2 mailed me to ask if i had met the requirements alrdy, i responded with a yes and he/she mailed back that they had to wait for prime poker to confirm.
One week ago I mailed that person and the bonus support from 2+2 asking if there is any updates on my books, both of them are not responding though so now im stuck.
Anybody got any suggestions or has the same problem?

Unfortunately, the situation has not changed. As soon as we receive a list of validated customers, if you are on it, you will be able to select your books.
