My mail to Pokertime support
"Hi .I want to cancel my account and withdraw the deposit paid.I do not want to have to deal with this pokerroom. When I regain my deposit?"
Support Query-Feedback
"Ben here from the poker support desk.
I received your request to have your account closed and your deposits sent back to you. I would be able to assist you to close the account for you, regrettably you will not be able to receive your deposits back. The reason for this is that you have played on the poker room and you have accepted bonuses and from the Poker Room.
You will however be able to withdraw your cash balance from the account. Please note that before this can be done you will have to accumulate 50 Poker points as per the terms of the Poker Room.
If you are not sure how poker points are accumulated let me clarify this for you. Poker points are received based on the rake that you accumulate from each table on the Poker Room and for every $1 in rake you will receive 2.5 poker points."
-Is forcing me participate in the games.
I do not want to have to deal with scams!
Does forcing the game is legal?

Hi Kater58,

My name is Pieter and I'm the Forum Rep at PokerTime. I see that you have posted this message on a number of forums and I have replied to you an a previous occasion.

I have attempted to PM you but have been unable to do so. I have made detailed notes with regards to your concerns in your account, so if you do choose to contact support, they would be able to resolve this issue for you. You can also e-mail floormanager@casinodesk.com with your account details.

I didn't want to address your concerns on an open forum, but if you give me the go ahead I will post a response in here.

I look forward to your response.

Kind Regards
Pieter

I'm experiencing similar problems with PokerTime as the one described above:

- I got the free $10 (or in my case, €7)
- I deposited an additional €50 myself
- I wanted to withdraw €50+ before earning 50 Poker Points, but left the free €7 in my account
- that withdrawal was cancelled by PokerTime

This is not according to PokerTime's own Terms & Conditions:

3. Prior to withdrawing any amount of this bonus, the player must earn 50 Poker Points

6. Should a player attempt to withdraw funds before meeting the minimum wagering requirement, he/she will immediately forfeit the free money bonus

Nowhere is it mentioned that you're not allowed to withdraw your own deposit before earning 50 Poker Points. Besides, I didn't try to withdraw the free money bonus at all.

Pieter_S, since you seem to be 'in position', would it be possible to look into this matter?

Kind regards,
Cian2001

I've been sending and receiving emails to/from the PokerTime support desk for a few days now, but so far they haven't been willing or able to point me out where in the T&C it says that one needs to earn 50 Poker Points to withdraw any money that was deposited.

This is getting a bit annoying...

Wahhhhh. Here is a novel idea for you babies.... Just play poker!!!!! Why deposit real money if you don't want to play? It's a lousy 50 points. It doesn't take that much effort to get 50 points on that site..... Unless you completely suck and therefore should never have deposited in the first place. Try poker on facebook next time.

Well, you sure are the friendly type...

You are right about one thing though: I suck at poker (just started playing), else I probably wouldn't go for a free money bonus like this anyway, would I?
Although I have my reasons for wanting to withdraw my money from PokerTime (many, many empty tables there for instance), I don't think they are relevant in this case.
If I want to do a withdrawal that should be allowed according to the PokerTime T&C, it's rather annoying when they decide to disallow it anyway. That's like changing the rules of poker in the middle of a hand. (No matter how large the amount of money in the pot!)

The PokerTime support desk deserves kudos for their quick responses, but I wish they would actually read my emails and their own T&C for a change, instead of just copy & paste a response that doesn't address the issue properly.

You got that right, I am the friendliest poker player you will ever meet! If you suck, I'll let you know the truth. I am not two faced lying bastard (maybe an honest bastard ) who tells you "well played" or "you play well", in hopes that you continue to play like crap. So with that, if you are hung up on a $10 & 50 point bonus, yeah you probably suck. Oh well, you will get better.

Would it really take that long to earn 1 poker point?

Also i very much doubt it's a scam... if it was 2p2 wouldn't endorse the site.

Would just like to comment on the good support i've had from the site, my free $10 was credited and I also got a reply to my pm from Pieter who had looked into it for me by which time it had already been credited.

My free credit was made about 30hours after I opened account. Having been on FT for a while i'm used to 6-12hour customer service response... had a reply back to my original email (not automated reply) within about 20 minutes.

Hey There!

Thanks for the kind words, and watch this space we'll make poker history together!!

Casino winnings will be handled in the exact same manner as poker winnings. This would mean that the funds will stay in the 24 hour pending period after which it will be processed by our E-Cash Company.

A withdrawal via Neteller usually hits your account in 24-72 hours.

Hope this answers your question, let me know if you needanything else!

All the best.
Pieter

Hi Conor,

I have had a look at your account and I can confirm that your account registration has been linked to the 2+2/PokerTime bonus books program and you should be receiving your books as soon as you have earned the required 200 Points.

If you need to check on your progress or have any other questions, please feel free to post them here or pm me, I'd be happy to help.

Until then, hope to see you at the tables!

All the best,
Pieter

We had temporarily suspended signing up for PokerTime at the Two Plus Two Poker Bonus program while working out a few technical details. You should see it on the list again, so please make sure to register the program with us if you have signed up so that you can get your books.

Seems there are some problems with withdrawing, how long does it take to withdraw to moneybookers once I complete the requirements to get the free books ?
If I don't care about the bonus after I get the required points to get the books, can I withdraw or not ?
Is HEM working on PokerTime?
I would like to play 6 max cash at 5NL&10NL, how many full tables are usually at peak hours at this site ?

Kiera, can you please tell me why on Pacific Poker theese countries are not allowed :
# Real money games or the ability to make deposits are not offered to U.S. customers. The customer confirms that he/she is not located in any of these countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Romania, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Taiwan, Turkmenistan, USA, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
but on PokerTime only these :
All offers valid only to non-residents of the following countries: Bulgaria, Myanmar, India, Afghanistan, Cook Islands, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Libya, Nauru, Nigeria, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Syria, USA, and China.

Obvioulsy I'm from Romania and I'd like to know why on some sites you guys offer the free books my country is not allowed but on others it is ?? Misprint ? I doubt it so I'm asking before signing up and finding out afterward bad news that you guys can't deliver to Romania or something else.

With what, empty tables? I have signed-up several months ago and all I could see were nothing but empty tables 24/7 (FHLE). The support told me that there is not that much traffic during the day! Funny thing was that I logged in for more than one dozen times and my eyes dindnt catch one single player in any limit at any times.

First price for amusing support.
