Hello,

Just in case it helps other people, I signed up with partypoker.com and entered the TWO25 bonus code a couple of months ago. I fulfill all the requirements and now that the HOC books are out I checked but I don't see my bonus code anywhere, actually I don't have any type of bonuses.

I emailed and called partypoker and basically they say they cannot do anything about the 2+2 offer; they offer some other bonuses from them I'm not interested in. I'm not very happy.

I signed up last week and used the TWO20 code and i can not see that CODE in the bonus section of party - i can only see SPECIALMATCH1. I have over the required number of party points (5) please can somebody confirm i am able to receive the books! I used the code when i signed up so its defiantly linked to my account.

Mine isn't working either. I used the TWO25 code and played for a little while. It doesnt say anything anywhere about the 2+2 bonus. It says I have No active bonus. It didnt tell me the requirements anywhere but if it is only to get 5 partypoints I have done that already. I havent emailed Partypoker or the 2+2 staff, what should I do?

As the posts from Serah demonstrates, I don't think you have to be concerned if you cannot see the bonus from your Party Poker account to get the books. Providing that you followed all of the other instructions on the 2+2 bonus page, you should be fine.

Based on your e-mail address I believe that you signed up on May 8th. We should be hearing back about your bonus within the next few weeks. Please send a note to bonus_support@twoplustwo.com if you have specific questions about your eligibility for the books.

Ok I got the message and chose my books so I guess they are on the way. Thanks!
But I never got the 25$ for the bonus. should I send an email to 2+2 staff or to party poker?

I know it's not exactly 30 days from May 8th yet, but that was the same day I've signed up for party poker and completed the TWO25 bonus.

Does it matter that other players that signed up on the same day and got in? I got the cash bonus right away, since that was party poker's bonus.

That's strange, I've earned 18 PartyPoints since May 9th, it even says so on my account.

I've have since withdrawn everything from partypoker and went back to my original site, so i can't keep playing, unless i make another deposit.

what has to be done to fix this problem?

Withdrawing from the site before receiving confirmation from us that you have earned the bonus is not recommended.

Please respect that we have made these agreements with the poker sites at such easy requirements with the implicit expectation that 2+2 is bringing players to the site who will continue on with them.

Refrain, lets see what the next report brings. If you can send a screen shot to bonus_support@twoplustwo.com showing that you met the requirements it might help matters if they report that you are not qualified in the next round.
