it has been over one month now since i completed the offer, and ive email 2+2 bonus support and clicked the checked offer button in the 2+2 bonus page in my account.

and still no word back to me....argh.....

Just to let you know I went to both my local post office and post collection depot today and neither of them have heard about or received any packages for me. Would this suggest that it has been sent back to the US? What should I do now? I don't think there is, the only requirement I know of is earning the 50 points.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

All you have to do is make your first deposit and fulfill the below requirements in the specified dates:

For GOLD Status – make your first deposit from August 15th onwards and generate at least 300 Status Points (normally 1,500!) from August 15 – 31

Hmm, I was considering doing this bonus but definitely won't be now.

Quadrupling the points requirements from 50 to 200 has turned a great offer into a pretty poor one really.

There are now much better kickback deals available for Pacific, notably Pokersavvy where you only need 125 points to get $100 (which is about the price of 5 books...).

The $1 sit n go's (6 seater) get you 0.4 of a point. For me this was the quickest way to clear the bonus as playing the low limit cash games it would have taken much longer. Also for finishing 3rd you get your buyin back so the pressure of finishing in the money isn't as great if it was only top 2. I didn't have any problems with the software or cashing out etc so I'd happily recommend it.

PS I did this when the bonus required only 50points. The 200 now needed seems a bit much if you're not playing higher than $1but if you have the time I'm sure its doable and the books are worth it. I got mine quicker than lightening after I cleared the bonus.

Take a look at the bonus page, you get more than the books from this offer. Not sure if this makes the deal better than what you are looking into, I just wanted to point out that there is a deposit match bonus in addition to the books.

Signed up with Pacific, and I received 25% of the $100 I deposited, but oddly enough, I wasn't credited with the $10 bonus as stated on the twoplustwo page.

I'm not actually talking about the books. Its the $10 instant credit that was promised is missing. Anyways, I've escalated to their customer service. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
