Thanks so far for sorting a few problems i had,however i wondered if you could help some more?
On your site it is advertised that POKERROOM wil add 50% up to $100 on first deposit,could you confirm that your site is up to date with this info,also
if so would the need to obtain player points be easier than if it was a 100% match up up to $100 ( in the sense that points per $1 would be more in the first case mentioned ). On the forum of POKERROOM there is frequent chat about POKERROOM'S unreliability on answering emails,this i have found to be the case...I hope this text is clear and understandable.

50% of the amount up to a bonus of $100.00 is correct. PokerRoom describes the deposit bonus in greater detail at the bonus FAQ section of PokerRoom: http://www.pokerroom.com/help/faq/viewSubCategory/10/8

The link clearly shows that players need 10ppts per dollar,in my case i deposited $100 which would obviously mean i had to obtain 500ppts,i did this way before my time expired without not having to re-deposit but NO BONUS!.
When i emailed POKERROOM and they finally got back to me they said that i did not have enough ppts for the 100% added bonus but the offer is for 50% added which clearly states on there web page!!
I explained this to POKERROOM on there live chat option and they just dident have a clue what the swear word they was doing!!!.
Thankfully i obtained the books (brilliant i might add ) without it costing me a sausage! and i cashed out of POKERROOM,and have since sent an email saying that i would re-deposit if this issue is sorted out

Just had an email from POKERROOM, amazing how quick you get a response when you start posting on forums
Anyway POKERROOM have said in the email '' you signed up through an affiliate and not directly,i would advise that you query this issue with the affiliate''.....what now Kiera?

I think what is going on is that where it says:

For example, a deposit bonus of $20 will require 200 player points.

They really are intending to say:

For example, a deposit of $20 will require 200 player points.

This would mean that they are expecting you to earn 1,000 points on your $100 deposit to get $50. I am going to ask our affiliate manager. Please be patient for a response.

On the pokerroom forum a moderator has posted in reply to my question, it says the same that if you deposit $200 you need 1000ppts which means i would need 500ppts for my deposit of $100..

Thanks for your patience. What I am hearing now is that the offer through us requires 7 points per dollar deposited, not 10 points per dolar of bonus.

confirmed that for the 2+2 offer only, It is 7 Points per deposit bonus dollar and not dollar deposited. This is better than the 10 points for the standard offer. Also it is a %100 bonus for signing up through us, not %50.
