Hi, I signed up for Interpoker yesterday and tried to get the 2+2 Bonus,
when it didn't work I contacted their support and they replied as follows:

I think I earned the required 300 MPPs about 4-5 weeks ago and have not received a verification from 2+2 yet

I'm posting here again because this might be related to my problem above.

Our Interpoker affiliate manager has not sent me any validation information since February 8th. We send weekly requests for this information. There isn't any more 2+2 can do to "look into it" for you than to continue to request the information. I sent a harsher message this week than the usual nudge.
