I have a problem. I fulfilled all requirements to get those 5 books and you sent them to me. But my customs stopped them and are requiring to send an invoice, because there isn't any in the package as I understood.

What should I do?

Slip customs 20 rubles or 20 whatever the local currency is.

when they ask you if you're declaring anything, don't say "war".

Say that there is no invoice because it is a gift? Or that you won the books?

Books arrived after 30x days (shipping in Europe was probably pretty messed up during holidays), but actually I only got a notice from my post office to go collect them tomorrow and pay some' like 25$... is that normal tax - or should they be excluded?
