I have signed up for the $100 welcome bonus plus an additional $100 2+2 bonus plus 5 free books! program on EverestPoker.com on November 19, 2007. I have completed the requirements for the free books on the same day when I registered there. However, I still have not received a confirmation that I have done so. My user name there is _Vice_ and my screen name is @Vice@. I would appreciate if you investigate this.

I have successfully selected the books a couple of days ago and now I am waiting for them to be shipped. How long does it usually take for you to ship them?

I have a slightly different question regarding Everest.

I did the same as Vice, signed up throught the Bonus Program Link and entered the code, but at the time I didn't have a way of depositing on their that they accepted. Out of interest, after inputting the code, how long may I wait before I deposit and still qualify for the bonus?

I signed up for the Everest Poker promo on November 25th, deposited $10 and played in a few games with that.
On December 17th I received an email stating I should choose my free books.
The order was shipped two days later on the 19th.
They were delivered to the UK on 11th January - which isn't bad going by the fact it was the Christmas period and there were expected delays.

Your bonus account will state when it is shipped.
