At Everest, at which point do you actually enter the bonus code? I never saw any box when I deposited money from my Neteller account. I mailed their support to ask about it because I dont want to miss out on the books because of this. I already took the money out because I wanted to try again but now ofcourse its going to take some time before its back in my Neteller account.
