Hi there

I cleared the bonus on Party Poker and then chose my books. I kept an eye on things and saw that my books were sent. I then waited about a week for them to arrive. When they didn't I checked the tracking number on the USPS site and noticed that they had tried to deliver the package twice already to my home address, but since I work during the day, no one was there to pick it up.

Now they are suppose to leave a "We missed you" card so I could call them and arrange a pickup, but I have recieved no such card. I've contacted USPS and requested the contact information for the local agent used to deliver the package in London, UK, but they say that they don't have that information (which is just plain dumb).

I need to get hold of someone so that I can organise to get my books delivered to my work address, or somehow find out how I can pick the books up myself.
