I signed up on bwin trough the links on the bonus books page 2weeks ago. After playing a while i noticed i didnt get to see my poker points status so i emailed support. They told me i didnt sign up trough a bonus link and requested some information about where i signed up trough. Ofcourse i supplied them with the requested information.. I havnt had a response yet.
Anyone had the same problem? or could someone from higher up take a look into this?
I'm so sorry for u watertaco! the same also happend with me several times till I learnt how carefull I have to be when I sign up at a room for poker bonuses!
It turned out alright. I cleared the bonus and got my 2+2 bonus books! The only thing i didnt get was the first deposit bonus, bwin support told me I did not check a particular checkbox on signing up.
So make sure you check everything twice when creating your account!
