Book translations and the bonus program.

Due to tax and import rules in Denmark, the 2p2 book bonus could end up being a quite expensive bonus if recieving the books from a non-EU country as a Danish resident.
My question is: A few of the 2p2 books are availale in eg. Swedish and Norwegian, but these do not show up on the page with the available books for the bonus. Are these available in the program and will they be shipped from within Scandinavia ?

Those translations are not available from the bonus program in the immediate future. We send the books as a gift. Does this solve the tax and import issue?
