hi i am currently playing out the 50 point requirement at everest can someone please tell me if i will have to pay custom charges on the books? i have bought books from the us before and payed £20 for two books and then had to pay £18 custom fees which i could not believe, i was also told if i did not pay the money within a week they would be sent back, thanks

In Denmark

If you buy or recive something from outside the EU you will have to pay customs charges, if the packet is caught by the customs system. And i think it would be the same for UK since you are too a part of EU.

In reality it is very very rarely the packet will be taken out for customs, at least that is how it is in Denmark. Proberly the same for UK

since you are not paying for these books, i believe no import tax (import VAT) should be payable.
