Completed both the Everest and Party Poker bonuses. Both easy. The "B" choices obviously pale in comparision to the "A" Choices, so I just read a few quick reviews and went for these ones. Not arrived yet, so couldnt tell you. Hopefully someone that has read them can.
All of the Poker Essays books are good although a bit dated. Inside the Poker Mind is also worth reading. Getting Started in Hold 'em is a good book imo although obviously aimed at beginners.
