Is this a standard way to play this hand for value? I was wondering if we should c/r the river or if it's more valuable to lead this. Any thoughts?

Lead the flop. On the river, your hand looks like your hand, just lead again as played, or checkraise much smaller, you're pricing out the market.

I think your best option is to do your own betting and lead out on this river. You can't expect someone to bet this river so Im not really sure if trying to c/r is very profitable since you lose value alot when they check behind. i also feel that when u do c/r this it looks super strong. I would prefer betting around 500-600 on the river and then if someone made their hand on the river they will rr and u can 3bet shove

I like it if the pot was headsup, 3ways you should just lead the river cause people won't bet many hands (might even check bad 8's like 78)

@wazz villain only starts hand with 5k so the effective raise is only another 3.5k or so.

either is fine
i would usually just lead the river for about 1k or so but depending on player tendencies etc check/raise allin is fine too

lead the river imo cos you lose too much value when most time ppl behind just gonna check back . BTW, y u even bother complete Q8o preflop...

to flop a boat obv.

seriously though with more than 100BB deep i would even complete 27o in the SB
maybe a major leak in my game??

yep, you don't hit two pair or better or have it hold up often with these unsuited unconnected hands to justify completing unless you really are up against eight complete idiots, maybe not a major leak as it doesn't present itself often in individual tournaments but it'll cost you a lot of moniez over time
