10th hand at this table. Villain is 0/0, but that doesn't mean much.

My raise pre is so small cause I used that raise size like 4 out of last 6 hands.

I think it's close between check and bet/fold. I'm basically going for value from 77, 88, TT. JJ-KK 3bet pre I think.

Random AQ AK KQ **** that peeled light is obviously going to fold to my third bullet, so I'm really going for value from 77, 88, TT, stubborn A9, K9 combos and we could maybe throw a combo or two of A6s into his range.

Otherwise, I think it might be a set / A5 / 55 a lot of the time that wanted to slow play me due to my aggressive table image.

Check or bet/fold? If you bet, how much? Small bets might entice an easy check/raise from his 88 / A6 type hands, maybe even AK? And I'm almost positive you can't bet/call here.

Or maybe I'm just a nit and this is an easy bet situation

Any 5 except pocket 5s seems rather unlikely. Otherwise he called with a gutshot on the flop, or he called with the open-ender, hit it on the turn, and then open checks two streets? Not really buying that.

Don't think he's raising you with two-pair or anything either, and he possibly smooths some sets too. Definitely bet for value here, I'd say a little more than your last bet, so 2950 or something. You don't wanna bet too much to scare away the only hands that'll beat you. If he raises, I'd strongly consider calling too... Just way too many bluffs in there if he does imo.

Bet more on flop turn, as played bet like 4200 on the river and fold to a raise.

57 is a double gutter so that's possible.

Btw if you valuebet you target much more than the hands you said, you target any 9, 67/68/A6, etc.
