Not much to say, another squat day, another day lifting 275 for 5. I probably should up it next week :P
Meant to add another leg exercise but forgot to look at some videos before going so just stuck with stiff-leg's for accessory for now. Will make it a point to add something new next week.
Dieting continues to be a struggle. I manage a Dairy Bar in my hometown as a summer job, so everyday I've got access to soft and hard ice cream, hot dogs, chips, and slushies for free. That **** just calls my name all day mang. And of course I'm living with the family this summer, and they eat out pretty much every other night.
My life is a dark abyss.
