195lbs at the moment. Been slacking a bit on the diet this past month, planning to kick it back up a bit and try to finish it off in the next couple months.
I feel my weight loss/muscle loss has definitely affected my Squats the most. My press/bench/deads have remained about the same, and Deads and Bench have even gone up, but I feel super weak on Squats.
Looking forward to wrapping up the diet and moving back to maintenance and then a bit of a bulk come fall.
