I keep forgetting what weight I'm at for my accessory work, so I guess I'll start noting it here. Also really need get those sqwat videos done next week, still feeling off a bit, though part of that may just be the fact that I'm definitely losing a bit of strength as the diet progresses, weighed in down ~20lbs this week so it would make sense I'd be losing some strength.

Two main issues pop out to me at first glance. One I was actively working on in these sets to rectify is that I was going down too quickly, and not keeping my core tight in doing so. The second issue can be seen pretty clearly in the 2nd video, at the bottom of the squat I'm going forward slightly, which is causing a lot of weight to be transferred to my toes.

I was pretty concious of my form on these sets, so they're probably a bit better than what I normally do (which is a leak I should rectify) but slowing it down and trying to stay tighter through out definitely helped, though the weight is still feeling really heavy, no doubt in good part due to the aggressive weight loss I've had. Weighed in this morning at 200lbs. End of next week should be the first time I've been under 200 in a few years, so pretty excited about that, but also looking forward to hitting my target weight, and getting back to maintaining then slow bulking.

Anyway, TL;DR, these are ma squats, feel free to tell me how ****ty they are

I'm definitely getting weaker, which is to be expected. I definitely ate a bunch of food after this workout cause I was pissed at my weak squat. However I've come to the conclusion that I can't worry too much about losing some strength, and just have to focus on keeping my protein levels up and finishing up the diet. Hoping to hit a comfortable weight here in the next month to a month and a half.

Pretty happy with 6 reps at 345lbs. It's weird. I feel like my Deadlifts and Bench haven't suffered much during my diet, but my Squats and Press definitely have. Dunno. Anyway, good work out, diet continues, WIM engaged for the home stretch.
