I'm not sure I'd sue. But I would consult one regardless. It is pretty ****ty to pull this kinda of stuff on vendors/employees. Sometimes doing the right thing is a lot harder than doing the easy thing.

Congrats on not living paycheck to paycheck. Guess the N1 log has been a cautionary tale.

Seems like the thing he is best at is avoiding anything mildly uncomfortable: learning, reading, pretty much anything to have sex with a woman or "succeed". His second best skill is surrounding himself in a nonsense cocoon to enable his illusion.

Pretty sure you'd be totally incapable of this. There are plenty of people who are mentally ill who are in a paycheck to paycheck situation. (Or just dumb with no skills.) Or have genuine developmental disorders that make their human interactions baffling. But to sequester yourself for a decade while developing no skills (professional or personal) or having any money is truly amazing.

I assumed it was a dig. Although I am often confused by Monte's posts. Like, that punching .gif, is that me getting punched for running this program because I'm an idiot or the program will be hard and punch me?

But, yeah, any comparison to Aiden imo is high praise even if it's 90% Aiden aesthetics, 50% Aiden lifts.

Only 10? Damn, I would expect you to say 20 or maybe even more. I'm kind of always in "no mans land" where I could cut or bulk and likely not be too unhealthy.

My plan is to lose a bit of weight while on this hypertrophy block and then gain a bit on a strength block.

Had greying beard for several years now. It's k. Congrats on the gf, hope she's a loco machine gun approved super spinner.

I don't know about 10 pounds overweight, I didn't look at the BMI calculator. But I adjusted a little but because you are lifting.

And yes she is very petite but likes to hit in-n-out hard. I always get one order of fries to share and she is not too happy and looks at me weird for having a bunless burger with 3 patties.

I did some googling about In & Out. They have no plans to franchise ever (they are family owned). They have no plans to expand to the east. While they apparently did add stores in Houston, they refused to go to Denver or points east of there. The reason is because they do not use freezers or microwaves. They have all their stores within 300 miles of their beef suppliers so that they can always sell fresh, not frozen, beef. rigged.

Just finished week 7 and will move on to bridge 3.0 next week. Haven't missed any lifting days but GPPs have been skipped.

3 year old is requiring tons of work at bedtime. Sleep not great even though 3 month old sleeps 9 hours sometimes (and other times wakes up for.multiple feedings.

In general my stress levels seem relatively high and perhaps that's partially why I am having trouble with motivation for GPP even when I have time. Anyway, will start it again next week on the new training block.

I should probably try to nap most days but then it feels like there's so little time the rest of the day.
