I wouldn't call what you're doing "work". If you aren't getting paid, the word for that is volunteer. I'd go in, ask to be paid immediately and in full and if this was not what happens, I'd pack my **** then head to an attorney to discuss my options.
Not sure two weeks pay is worth it to go after with an attorney. If I do decide to leave, though, I will expect to be paid in full and could imagine having to go to an attorney.
However, I was tempted to just threaten to leave this time a paycheck was missed. But...I'm not really ready to follow through.

Yes and no. I do not live paycheck to paycheck but we do not have a big cash reserve right now so I'm not interested in floating my paycheck more than I already am.
