I will be starting private lessons in kickboxing in two weeks. Really looking forward to it. Had a reasonable day, made 5 liter of tomato soup to munch on when I feel like having a light day.

Feeling kinda depressed last week, had some dental issues and I don't feel like doing much at all. I did log most of my days but just haven't posted, will post in the morning. Alcohol intake has been up and down but overall positive.

I hope the depression lifts really soon. It's hard taking care of yourself when you are feeling that way but it's the time when you need to be doing it most. Take care Yak.

It was actually three days a few hours ago so you were a bit early, unless I messed up on the calculations/timezone but you're free to correct me. Still in the hole, low calory days but not logging much unfortunately (had like two coffee's and two sandwiches today). Have some thing tomorrow which will help me get back on top I hope, we'll see. Hate to feel like this.

Thanks for the posts though, helps me take care of things that need to be done, like posting here. Even if Im doing less then good. I noticed I was peaking pretty hard the last few weeks and I took some days off this week which is really just the beginning of the end. Was doing a lot of things at work and getting my diet done felt good but it also took quite some energy. After a peak I usually crash for a bit which is basically what is happening now. Ill be fine in a week I think but Ill need to take some action to make sure it happens or else I keep dwelling.

Its a bell curve, Im beyond my peak now. My peak was probably like last night or the night before or something. Im going to sober up today and get back on the counting train. The weekend was quite a ride but Im feeling better.

The peak was mostly to be meant as a 'damn Im depressed as ****' peak, I can drink large quantities in the weekend without being depressed and I can drink nothing without being depressed but usually being depressed means Ill be drinking as well. My fiancee being gone for ten days isn't helping but I know Ill be fine again soon. Not here to whine but just updating the blog. In other news, I had a big meeting this morning and I can fit in my suit again.

Gained half a pound during the holiday which could be variance. Started logging again this morning and had my first kick box lesson. Life is reasonable so far. Also tried the sahti which was .... Interesting. Had to go to four seperate bars before finding it!

Ha ha yeah I think it's a bit of an acquired taste. I had a friend in high school who's father was Finnish. He basically hated everyone but for some reason found me tolerable and one day insisted I try it. You can imagine how it tasted to a teenager with limited drinking experience plus I was pretty polite so felt I had to finish it

My gf actually didn't really like it, she was bothered by the ongoing banana taste thing going on in there .

Ok so I got at least one day of blog in the last week, great fail especially because the reason has been discovered once before: not logging things right away makes it hard to remember/accurately blog.

For the record, nothing more nothing less;


I've been doing reasonable calorie wise, probably around 1900 and one day max at maintenance. I've been eating a lot of homemade soups which are a great help in that aspects, I could do better alcohol calorie wise so here's to new beginnings because you can't have too many of those.

To be honest I don't always log my vegetables, not sure if thats a bad thing but I've had a cucumber cherrytomato salad (with vinegar, mustard and salt/pepper) pretty much everyday for the past few days. Then again, its probably 0 to infinite :'(. Im just going to start logging again for now even though I may sometimes mess up on keeping below the line but as long as I get close to it and keep doing my workouts Im fine for now. I've been off from work from the 1st till thursday, adding that little bit of structure to my life will definitely help again.

Some little things missing there, my gf cooked and I just added olive oil to make up for missed calories (lolme).
