Meh, I lost a few LBS and started working out more regularly but the consistently is extremely lacking on all fronts.

That breakfast was hilariously bad. Im now back to work though after almost 4 weeks of holidays which is pretty much a life saver. That feta and olive oil was accompanied by cherry tomatoes and cucumber though, Ill make sure to log them next time!

FWIW, Im stepping out for 1 week. The three day period in which I will start posting again will start 1 pm friday the 15th. Im having some serious anxiety attacks since I started my new job, I need to get my life together and I can hardly keep days apart from each other so breaky time. Thanks for all of your support so far but I got to step away for a week.

I'd say by now you should be able to notice yourself that 240 gram of riblap is never going to add up to 133 kcal.

Crying myself a river .

Just a quick recap;
I still suck at daily logging, I have logged like half of all the days from past week and when I say half I dont mean half of the days but practically all days but only half of them. So I still suck at logging that stuff as I consume it. I also have a few excuses (which practically translates into me being bad at preparing stuff);
My new job has me on the road a lot which means that work arranges my lunch. These lunches are basically sandwiches which cheese, ham and other meats and spreads with milk and OJ. We keep on working while eating the lunch usually. I NEED TO NOT LET MYSELF GO ON THESE AND EVEN BETTER BRING AN ALTERNATIVE. /brandnewinformatie

My drinking has stabilized some but it needs to be cut again. I can usually handle it for a few weeks but then I have a party, and another one and a few more and suddenly Im drinking on weekdays again. I started smoking for a bit a few weeks ago again but I nipped that in the bud. Im starting a personal training thing at a gym close by on monday, my last PT was only available during office hours which was a huge fail.

Im buying groceries twice a week now instead of everyday which has made a big financial change and also a change in crap I'd buy and then munch on a bit.

Im doing fine at my new job but the working out really has to be introduced. My body is ready. A positive here could be that I often dont have time to lunch when at the office so bringing stuff would mean I dont need to go out to lunch and thus still eat AND save time. Yay.

I haven't gained or really lost any weight and Im not eating nearly as much fast food as I used to which is a positive overall.

Here is a little thing I just looked up;
I currently weigh in at 83 kg (24.8 BMI). At my heaviest when I started I weighed in at 88 kg (26.3 BMI). BMI indicators tell me I can weigh 73 kg and be in the middle of the BMI range (21.8). This means that weighing 73 kg can't ever be unhealthy for me. Im going to do something I have not done before ITT and that is putting down a goal for myself. At some point in the thread I will have to weigh in at an average of between 76 and 73 kg over 1 month. As a sub goal I'd want to be < 80kg before the 1st of februari.

This will help me keep focus and this way this thread will become more of a tool rather than an objective in itself.

Had my first personal training session, next one is friday. Its quite old skool with quite some isolated exercises. Ill try and work some squats etc into it when I feel comfortable.

fatmelk - less yapping on and on about what you're going to do tomorrow, and more doing it today. Also less heineken blik and more cherrytomaatjes.

How about on odd days you are allowed one 330ml heineken blik (because obv you already had one today) and on even days, you have cherrytomaatjes instead. You are also allowed to have cherrytomaatjes on odd days as well.

Im quite the yapper, I also conceed to some of my sucking. The Heineken train will stop rolling through our pretty little town soon enough. In fact, it might already have. Thats easy to say though because Im at work.

Lol, its a preset I have in my MFP. Its fleischwurst, kaiserjagdwurst and bierwurst. The bread is a regular waldkorn bread.

Heavy weekend, lots of drinking, sugar and rain (lolwut) but also some working out so that was a plus. Ill restart the no yapping but counting tomorrow, Ill set the max of beers at 4 for the coming 4 days. Ill ship 25$ for each beer over that limit to the first one to post ITT after I passed my limit whether I posted about it or not etc etc. I might drink 5 on purpose because I love ya'll so much (great excuse).

Don't want your money Yak but am willing to take it!

You should think about going dry for a month. I did it in support of Beast and definitely feel like my desire for a couple of drinks at night has diminished. Although I've never been a drink everyday person so Idk. Still think it would be good for you, especially mentally realising you don't need it to get by.

Im not sure I want to go dry, I definitely should throughout the week but in the weekend there is nothing like working for school and having a few beers while doing it or partying while getting blasted in the face by beers (nah I dont party that hard tbh).

I will force my money upon ya'll if necessary. Been eating out at my parents on day and my fiancee cooked the other so a little much potato for my taste but other than that it was fine. Also had courses throughout the day yesterday and monday with a lunch catered by them which was just straight up sandwiches. I will come back to my chicken filet with cucumber cherry tomaatjes way this week imo.





Also worked out friday and yesterday which was somewhat great but also a bit painful.
