Been feeling quite ill again the whole week. Not been able to eat much, lost about 5kg bodyweight. Thinking of using this as a starting point for a bit of a cut, nothing too drastic, just restricting sweets, mayo, and maybe cut down on some of the carbs (pasta, potatoes, bread).

H&F-wise it was a year with ups and downs. Had some longlasting health issues that were finally sorted out somewhere early in the summer. Then I had knee pain preventing me from sustained lifting.
