So my gym now has a GHR-thing. I couldn't do one proper rep. It's positioned on the floor, so I could assist by pushing myself up from the floor to get some momentum going. Second set I started from the top instead of from horizontal. The negative part was easier than expected, but still hard to get all the way back up. Not entirely sure how to progress on these - probably do the negatives at least.

Glad you're back at it, so easy for a week to extend to a fortnight and so on. How are you finding the yoga? Do you feel like you're benefiting any from it? Hopefully you're at least getting some mental benefits from it.
