e.g. I'd remove rows and remove one day of incline, I'd also switch the order of days to intersperse the strength and wl.
Something like:
mon - hbbs, incline
wed - sn/cj tech work (hangs, etc), eliminate the ohs day or add it here if necessary or add fs here.
fri - hbbs again or fs, pp or press
sat - heavier wl reps, jerks etc, maybe add a few heavy pulls
So squat more and do ever so slightly less pressing for your shoulders' sake imo.
