Freaky healthy food until 18 may, 4 days of eat w/e which can be used until that.

You could start by posting your stats (height, weight, gym experience, goals). But the response will pretty much be SS+GOMAD (or diet).

Last time I've seen a poker discussion on 2+2 was like 2010.
