First goals.
400 plo hu sng by 1 may played. Post results & make updates. Starting with 1000 dollar roll.
Freaky healthy food until 18 may, 4 days of eat w/e which can be used until that.
Post stuff about what you do of traning etc and food.

You could start by posting your stats (height, weight, gym experience, goals). But the response will pretty much be SS+GOMAD (or diet).
Last time I've seen a poker discussion on 2+2 was like 2010.
