I weighed in on the last day of the month guys. How am I trying to pull anything. I had like 3 different bets with people and got confused when our weigh in was. I am less now and would be less on the 1st than the 31st. Geeze!

3/31 - Good rebound day from the Chappelle 3k day.



4/1 - I was a game monitor at my daughter's Math Pentathlon competition. They were supposed to have full concessions, but that didn't happen and they only had pizza, chips and candy. Managed to limit to 3 slices for lunch, without breakfast, then grabbed a grilled chicken sandwich from McD's while taking her to her Girl Scout campout. Pretty happy that I kept under 2k in this kind of position.



4/2 - Another day where I adjusted well to circumstances. My girls' Roller Derby league had a fundraiser at a local burger joint. Did eggs for breakfast, skipped lunch with a protein bar snack, and did dinner there earlier, and only ordered one order of fries for us all to share. Had a cider watching WrestleMania, and still was under the goal with a superbaconcheeseburger, cookies and booze.



4/3 - another pretty good day, had a work meeting, we did a working lunch at Buca di Beppo. I got a grilled chicken, apple and gorgonzola salad in the face of lots of cheesy pasta dishes. One guy ordered mozzarella-topped garlic bread for the table, and I had one small piece. It was tremendous, but I resisted having more.



4/4 - Another good day, ended up skipping breakfast due to BS at work meeting, but still limited myself to a pretty healthy lunch, with 180 calories of gelato also, which was confirmed by the gelato place.

Hahahahaha never change you scamming scammer. Good lord you are vile.

And finally poor MLY is disappointed she won't be allowed to cheat a win by .2 pounds. All of my Jesus Christs...

4/5 - a nice sub-1500 day, even with an overindulgence of shortbread cookies.

What is that backyard bbq chopped salad? It's sounds delicious.

HEB has several different flavors of prepared salads. I also sometimes get the Bistro brand. Here is the info on this one:

4/6 - another good day. Need one more today, next few will likely be bad, have a garage sale tomorrow, concert tomorrow night, Masters all weekend, then hitting the road Sun-Wed, catching a comedy show Sunday night.

4/7 - another sub-1700 day with no problems.



4/8 - planned binge day. Was up from 545am to 1245am, and took GF out for dinner and concert. All things considered, 3100 is not too bad, and the average for my most recent 7 days including this one was still sub-2k.



4/9 - back on track, despite having to travel and having the Bill Burr show. Nothing but 3 eggs and a yogurt til I hit the road at 745. Grabbed 2 Wendy's sandwiches on the road, then 2 Captain Morgan and diet cokes at the show.



As I type this, I'm at 0 calories for today. Gonna grab a decent lunch, then have a shrimp boil tonight. Probably abstaining from alcohol tonight since I've had it two nights in a row, and probably will tomorrow as well. Booze is such a calorie killer.

4/10 - great time at the shrimp boil. Gave in to peer pressure and had two ciders. Also a small serving of homemade strawberry shortcake. Worth it.

4/11 - Crushed it pretty hard today. Just had some almonds and coffee for breakfast. Had lunch with our group today, had meatloaf, but loaded up on the salad and green bean/carrot/pepper side, skipped the mashed potatoes and the peach cobbler.

Wicked thunderstorm rolled in, so I didn't end up going out, had room service, ordered an app of three huge shrimp wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce and a grilled salmon salad. Delicious.

Chilled in my room and watched Casino for the first time (somehow a lifelong gambler reached almost 40 without seeing it) and even passed having one of my ciders that I bought yesterday. Under 1700 calories on a road day is great news for me.

4/12 - Hotel breakfast, then drove home and stopped at one of my old favorite BBQ places. Passed up on bread and a hunk of cheese, and only had meat. Mildly disappointing. Grabbed Wendy's on the way home from the store with GF. Pretty happy overall with my dinner choice, got a taste of cheeseburger without blowing the day.

Did also play golf and got some decent exercise since it was cart path only and on a hilly course. Shot very well for my limited ability also. I desperately need to get some sort of gym routine or plan out time.

Thanks! I'm very happy with my food consumption, but need to get to the gym. I'm paying for it!

4/13: We had bought the InnovAsian meals a while back, fairly good, but higher calorie than is worth it. We have one more to use at some point. Good news is that I had small breakfast and lunch, so still 300 under the goal for the day. GF wasn't as lucky.

4/14 - Took the kiddos out to the dine-in movie theater. Made a pretty good choice in the avocado steak wrap, and subbed a caesar salad for the fries. One alcoholic beverage.



4/15 - Always nice to turn in a sub-1600 Saturday!



4/16 - Used up that last InnovAsian meal. Won't be buying these again, at least while we are cutting. 100 calories over target, not too bad given that I was under 1600 the day before. Also, GF and I were going to go to the gym and then I was going to play golf and she was going to ride along. Gym was closed due to Easter (wtf, only other day they are closed all day is Christmas, open some hours on T-giving and Christmas Eve), so I walked the golf instead and she walked with me.

Scheduling gym for Tue and Thu this week.

4/17 - sub-1500 day, always good!

Forgot my gym shoes so likely no gym today. .

4/18 - Under target, polished off the leftover Asian food without going over so that's good. Much better protein/fat/carb ratio. No gym is disappointing.

4/20 - workplace had free donuts, didn't bypass, but limited damage to one. Came in well under target yet again.

4/20 - off day today. I had to run an errand with the kiddos and GF made dinner. She makes these croissant wrapped cheese hot dogs which are delicious, but not low-cal, and we had shells n cheese with it. We definitely learned a lesson today, which was some entrees can only go with lo-cal sides, and some sides can only go with hi-cal entrees.

Also, it is funny in a way that I'm basically disgusted with a day just under 2500 calories (when not on the road or other special event), where that was a completely standard day for me 3 months ago.

Protein numbers are consistently pretty low, there, hoss. Sup with that?
