Nice winning day yesterday, had probably the best salad I've ever had at Vinaigrette for lunch, then went with gf to the gym, I did the 30 minute workout plus a 15 minute fat burn program on the treadmill, GF did an hour on the treadmill. Went home and grilled pork chops with green beans. Did have 2 GS cookies, but even those were oatmeal/peanut butter cookies, not the worst thing. 1750 calories and a workout, and really enjoyed all the food. The change in my food consumption has definitely increased my energy level, and I think is a sustainable lifestyle change.
