I agree. Even more so now that i have watched the video. 340 wasnt paused. Form is terrible. I suck I gotta start video taping more sets but i am very lazy

Congrats on the PR!

Its hard to get your lats tight and keep your shoulders back without a good handoff. idk if you can do it better or not with no handoff, but try to get your lats tight and keep your shoulders pulled back. Keep the lats tight the whole time the bar is in your hands.

Something you can do better even without getting a good handoff is get your lower body in better position to take advantage of leg drive. I think for you, try shoving your heels out a little wider on your setup before you pick the weight up. Its going to feel extremely tight and uncomfortable on the sides of your hips when you do it right, but it will immediately add lbs to your 1RM.

Paused enough for gym PR imo. Try more amrap stuff maybe? That works very well with presses for me but I can't train as much when I do them

Hip still hurts a little but not at all when I squat so I'm just going to start real light and hopefully it doesn't get worse

Try focusing on knees out during the lift, like you would when you squat.
