Ya, Aidan is right, he did a 12 week roid cycle as well

I made up my mind to use “supplementation” in preparation for my next meet. The 12 week cycle was meant for a true beginner and consisted of:
500mg Test E divided into twice weekly shots
Dbol tabs to kick start the cycle for the first two weeks

Dates: Feb ’13 to Jun ‘13
Squat: 418 no wraps to 551 w/ wraps
Bench: 242 to 320
Deadlift: 463 to 534
Total: 1124 to 1405

Wow, he lost 300lbs on his total cutting 20lbs of bw?! Talk about leverages! He chalks it up to just losing motivation after quitting steroids and I guess his dreams of being a world class PL were derailed. And I guess in his defense he then cut 30lbs and gained back 24lbs on his totals.

I dno, though. Only people on this forum who lost that much strength had surgeries I'm pretty sure.

I'm going to have to take all of his book recommendations with a few pounds of salted test dbol it seems.

Yugo,

I'm running TJM (inverted). I'm also using the heavy work he outlines here: http://www.jtsstrength.com/articles/...ernaut-method/

Except I work up to the heavy sets strictly on weeks where I don't AMRAP to move up my working max. Having the heavy set on the AMRAP day makes no sense to me, especially given I'm going to be taking a deload between each phase but 1.

I'm enjoying it a lot although the inverted squat days are awful.

I was supposed to so 4x6 on squats but my hamstring was bad so I decided i would just use this as a chance to switch back to RTS methods. Going to do a meet October 5. Probably going to try doing it wrapped and lose weight to 220. I just always feel terrible being this fat. Im like 235 right now I think.

I know it is easier if you count calories and log everything but my roommate cooks all my food for lunch and dinner during the week so there is really no way to tell the calorie count. I mean its usually chicken, meatloaf, chicken sausages, stew, with rice, sweet potatoes or potatoes. But he cooks with a lot of butter and oil and I dont know what is in everything he cooks.

I dont have a scale so i probably cant get with in 25% accuracy. Is there an easy way around this im not seeing?

rudik - excellent, that is what I was looking for.

Weas - that's some heavy ass weight imo. Also, I agree with Aidan. Beer/cigs can't possibly go wrong.

If i can't figure out how to get to 220 eating i will definitley try only beer and cigs

So this is my normal lunch and dinner or something close to this. I would ballpark this at like 1000 calories. Is that close. Chicken sausages, chicken thighs, white rice.

Spoiler:

I guess you could start by keeping meat portions the same and reducing rice/carb portions and seeing what effect that has on your weight.

I was going to suggest something similar.

I drastically cut my carb intake, and its really hard right now for me to keep weight on. Most meals, I feel like I'm stuffing myself by the end of it. And I dont gain weight unless I increase carbs. After IPL worlds this year, I'm probably going to cut to < 220.

nah **** it. Just drink high life. That's what I'm doing. If you switch from BLL's to MHL you'll be golden.

And it's literally impossible to not lean out if you don't eat carbs. And you'll feel much better, your total will increase, and your cholesterol will improve. If it happens to coincide with test supplementation, well just ignore that data point and focus on the lack of carbs.

I'd ballpark that much higher than 1000. I would guess the plate of meat is 1000, putting the overall at 1300-1500. If I were "counting" and trying to lose weight I'd use 1500 and work from there.

A whole chicken is 1200 calories.

There is no way that plate is 1500 cals. I have no idea how chicken sausage is cooked but that looks like 1000 cals total for that plate. An extremely reasonable meal for a 240lb behemoth.

You behemoths should be lowering weekly beer consumption instead of nitpicking chicken and rice. Impossible to eat too much chicken, and a cup of rice is always fine.

That's more than a cup of rice and I'm assuming you're just using some ******ed website for calories. Pretty sure when I buy a whole chicken the breasts and thighs are tiny compared to the breasts and thighs you get that are sold individually.

Squat is coming back OK it seems. Bench is not coming back. Today I had to use a different bench and my feet set up on concrete so they were slipping all of the place so I couldnt get leg drive. My garage also has like a couple degree slope and this bench faces up hill instead of down hill like my normal bench so that played a factor too i think

I have that bench problem too at home. Constantly lose my setup because of it. Should really just buy some rubber mats and get it over with.
