ha. I hurt it left handed. The dude i was doing it against stood up and took his elbow off the table and thats how I hurt it I think. Then we went right handed and i crushed him.
It's probably cause I haven't deadlifted that much lately but I should be able to get 405 for 10. My hamstrings are constantly sore since I started doing rdls. I think I'll keep doing the same routine and hopefully my hamstrings adapt.
