Since I've put myself on the higher end of the 15-17% range, I'll take the 15.4% it pegs me at.

Curious how many data points it has in order to come up with this.

I input your information and it said upper end of 14%. What metrics did you use? Are you taller than I realized?

I came in at 10.9%. Not bad for a donut addict.

It pegs Richard Hawthorne at like 6% using his 1RMs (from what I found a few years ago) which is so lol far from the truth. So even adding 5% its still not accurate.

But he's a huge exception, I know.

Squat 285 (joke easy lowbar + belt, I atg hbbs 2s pause for 245 rectently belt less and hardly a grind)
Bench 225x7 (I have hit 8 in the past).
