ya, i think i might have set it too high. i had a 500 dl and put my desired max at 545. next week is 2x490 and i dont think ill be able to do that.

GSLP is pretty good so far. i have been pretty lazy on doing the frequency method on the chins and stuff.

Here is my second set of squats from today.

and here is my deadlift from last week. I know its pretty bad. I havent filmed a DL in like a year. I know i have to start with hips higher and a couple reps i get the bar to out in front and when i get tired my back rounds.
