GSLP is pretty good so far. i have been pretty lazy on doing the frequency method on the chins and stuff.

and here is my deadlift from last week. I know its pretty bad. I havent filmed a DL in like a year. I know i have to start with hips higher and a couple reps i get the bar to out in front and when i get tired my back rounds.
