The boxers I have worked with in mexico city run two miles in 11:00 as training runs. Weas runs 1 mile at that speed. So yeah I suppose fakeb was referring to his grit and not his endurance.
Fighting is beyond tiring. Brutal, brutal exhaustion. Weas is closer to butterbean than mayweather, that's fosho.
But on a serious note, that shiet looks dangerous. That guillotine looks like it could pop his neck on that takedown. Is the injury rate high? Pass, rather box with head guard. But you never know, sometimes the injury rate is surprisingly low from some of this stuff. I would definitely sucker punch or bite if I was on tilt.
I don't have any data, but the injury rate seems pretty high just anecdotally. I know it's lower than judo cause we don't do takedowns as much. And leg locks scare the hell out of me. If you try and escape and twist the wrong way you will **** all your **** up so I just tap any time some one grabs my foot lol
