I've had veggie burgers that were better than regular burgers. Almost certainly just as many calories though.

The thing is Alobar probably won't eat veggie burgers every day.

He maybe chose veggie as a gesture. That's my kind of thinking.

And Alobar, you already explained for yourself!

I think one the keys to losing weight is having food you like enough to eat, but not liking too much.

Did good at lunch, went and visited my grandparents, normally id probably eat a dozen of my grandpas oatmeal cookies, but quit at 4. Kinda failed at dinner tho, I got lazy and just made quesdillas

Im going camping, so Im excempting myself from the 72 hour rule, since I doubt Ill have cell service. I brought a **** TON of fruit so I can snack on that instead of chips and ****, going to try and limit my beer consumption, both for the sake of calories, and just cuz I dont want to end up **** faced in the woods

Back from camping! Don't have data for the trip because I had no cell cervice, and don't feel like inputting several days worth of ****. Basically I didn't over eat even tho there was a multitude of junk I could have eaten. Pretty much stuck to oatmeal for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and a backpacker meal for dinner, with a **** ton of pineapple and strawberries when I got the urge to snack.

On the flip side tho, I drank way more than I wanted to, and easily went over calories every day from the sauce. So I guess it's a wash in terms of "good job/bad job". *shrug*

Since I have no data, I'm just going to start my calorie count over (still with the lower base of 1820). Probably will reset it again at the end of the month and go for a month goal.

Im kind of annoyed, I basically still weight the ****ing same as when I started, but I know I'm losing fat because waist is 38.5" now and my shirts arent fitting as tight on the gut. So why is the number not dropping? So what is the extra weight? I figure odds I've put on a few pounds of muscle from PT and riding are remote. So It's got to be some kind of tumor yeah? I had my yearly physical today so maybe it will show up in the blood panel, and they can do surgery and pull out a 20lb tumor and then BAM I'm a svelte mother ****er again!

yeah I don't think I have tho. Yeah my first day was 208 but I was 204 the next. If you look at a graph of the last 4 weeks, its pretty much a horizontal line

Assuming this isn't one of your jokes that no one gets and you're actually attempting to be serious, you're wrong re: Alobar having gained any appreciable muscle mass.

Alobar,

It's quite likely to be water weight, likely from a diet that still hinges too much on alcohol and hyperpalatable food high in carbs and salt, but the drop in waist size is still a good sign. Booze sessions tend to cause me to hold onto a fair bit of water for a few days afterwards (although sometimes cause a slight loss the day after due to mild dehydration), so you could experience a whoosh if you somehow concentrate on home prepared lean meat and veggies for a few days.
