hmmm, I'm not sure you seem to grasp that moderation isnt really something that works with food and me. Its great that you can do it, and most people can, but I'll never be able to have a slice of pizza, or a glass of dr pepper. Again, you would tell an alcoholic "dude, just have one beer, whats the big ****ing deal?" would you?

mostly just cuz I figure change with a waist measurement is slow, so its pointless to do it everyday, figured id do it after a couple weeks or a month or something.

For me it helps sometimes to really answer the question: why I am shovelling XYZ in my mouth, as precise and specific as possible. Hint: "it taste good" is not enough as answer.
I think you are doing pretty good considering all changes that are going on right now in your life . Food issues are complicated and to huge extent mind game. You can do it.
I suck at identifying flavors, but its cool, refreshing, and tastes like coke but a hint of prunes. Also Im pretty caffeine sensitive, so I actually get a buzz from it.
