loco, the reason for the 7 day average is precisely because of how variant weigh-ins are. If you weigh weekly, you could have two aberrant weigh-ins and have no idea whether you really lost weight or not. But someone on a >500 deficit will almost always have a lower average week after week after week.

Not upset about this 200+. I ate dinner really late compared to normal, and then woke up really early. Had I been properly planning I wouldn't have eaten so late because I forgot about waking up early, thankfully it didn't cost me, but that could have been bad!
