So I really wanted to take today off from exercise since Im sore from my PT, but I drank enough Dr Pepper that if I wanted to have dinner and still come in the negative on calories I had to go out and do something (On the plus side, I found 21 golf balls on my hike). So tomorrow after I finish whats left in the 2 liter bottle, I am ending my relationship with the good doctor
Diet Soda tastes gross, and really the only soda I like is Dr Pepper. So there's no point in drinking anything other than water. I'm actually pretty fortunate in that I very much enjoy water, and my Dr P habit is typically a Fri-Sun affair, so its not like quitting smoking or something.
