Ytf, mlylt, and alobar where all given the green light on fruit and all three are notorious bingers. What was the best they could do? It was alobar who ate 4 cups of canteloupe and a few cups of other fruit the other day. A whopping 480 calories of fruit is what he "binged" on, basically a mcd's double cheeseburger.

Like I said, fruit is unbingeable and right there is the proof. If you want to nit it up on calorie cutting, well then choose better fruits. Blueberries are obviously great but pricey. Do you even POSAD? A pound of strawberries is 145 calories.

I dunno! I could have ate a ton more fruit but quit cuz of the calories.

Also, apparently south eastern new mexico is gods country and they dont sell any of that liberal cuck dr pepper 10 nonsense around here, so I cant taste test it.

I read this as "Pint Of Sawdust A Day" and thought it was a poor suggestion. Oh and I never found the strawberries quenched my hunger even at the 3 pound mark (and I mean in one sitting).

There is more proof right there, the best 250lb behemoth Holliday could do was 435 calories of strawberries. Weak and outdone by alobar's 483.

A pound of avocado is about 700 calories. I don't know the answer, I think I would start feeling uncomfortable at about a pound. How about Holliday be the test subject? He eats two pounds in the morning and lets us know how he feels the rest of the day.

I am not sure what it is about fruit that makes it unbingeable. Obviously fiber is part of it. But I think some dried fruit is actually bingeable so it must be the volume. Three pounds of strawberries is a facking ****load of fruit and still less than 500 calories.

Compare that to cookies, some of those bigboys are over 500 a pop. Not only can my man alobar pound 8x500 but so could I. Thus no cookies in the house but okay once in a while when granny makes them.

Do you live in some weird non-ripe avocado having town?

I could easily eat 1k+ kcal of fruit in a sitting, I just don't know why on earth anyone would.

No avocado luck at two stores today. I once came across a 63 lb watermelon fresh from a field and brought it home intending to freeze in portions or something. It wound up being the tastiest watermelon ever and I ate about 95% of it over the course of two days. Later I checked the calories. Maybe 10,000 total? I have to imagine it had a higher than usual sugar content.

I've never frozen watermelon but it was suggested to me. It just seemed like maybe too much watermelon to try to eat (I put it in the passenger seat of my Jeep with the seatbelt on). I ultimately decided against freezing out of fear of ruining it. OTOH I just had a watermelon popsicle and it was fantastic.

I didn't actually try to weigh the remaining rind but maybe around 25 pounds per day, yes. According to google a typical large watermelon weighs 20 pounds and I've eaten a whole watermelon myself plenty of times. Like whenever it's hot and I have one.

300 calories per kg is the listed count. There's a lot of water to it.

But more to the point I cannot emphasize enough that this watermelon was *absolute* perfection--I'd have eaten two or three of them in a row if they existed and when I die, on my deathbed, I will think back to eating that watermelon.

The last couple days I've had the hugest craving for some red vines. So I'm walking in walgreens to buy some protein powder and find myself in the candy isle and i'm reminded of my red vine craving, so i decide ill buy a package and just have one and throw the rest away. Stupid I know, but it is something I've done before, so it's not like its impossible that's what will happen. (I've also failed at this before, so I should still know better than to try it). They don't have any of the small boxes, just the large packages. But since I'm throwing the rest away it doesnt matter. 24 red vines later I hurl the rest out the window

I have a similar problem: some crap of which it is perfectly reasonable to have a serving or even two is sold only in packages with more than 5 servings. I lie to myself that I will eat only one and leave the remainder for later on the regular. Max time that such packages survived at my home 2 days. Most annoying is not even having eaten that crap but lying to myself. I managed few times to avoid it by slowing down in the grocery store and basically saying to myself: " you know this candy will never survive 2 days. You don't need any cake to go with your tea...." But it is a pretty stubborn misbehaviour with me.
