I dunno, I did this before and it worked well. It was never really close in terms of going over, and I was doing it on 7 days I believe. Maybe I just ran good I guess

I agree that the 8-day stipulation is subject to lots of variance, but hey, it's your money. Maybe add a caveat about it not counting if you get pregnant.

Everyone should just put down a charity and Alobar chooses which one to donate to OR do the Chop method where you nominate something you hate to donate to as extra motivation. Rapini's puppies behind bars sounds perfect! Who jails puppies?! lol. Seriously though pledge some money to an organisation you hate if you fail but make the bet a bit more doable imo.

That wager would make a lot more sense if you said eight weeks instead of eight days, your weight every Monday morning or whatever.

But do whatever you want. I agree with $1000 to one charity being a better idea.

Look at my list, think I ate not far from the same amount of calories each day. Thought it vas too much variance, but with your system I really don't find any day I'd lost your wager. So variance will play out during the 8 days, no reason to believe not some of the days with relatively high weight would come then. Then the long term can kick in, even one pound dropped is very significant. But it's still a bit risky, as it should be

For example May 15 I weighed the same as the max the previous week. Could have lost then, but didn't…

Go for it.

The soda stream sucks. It's not bad if you just put some fruit in, but still not as good as real sodas. Tea won't give you the carbination fix either. Diet sodas are your best bet for compliance.

I'm all for slow and steady, changing small habbits at a time. But now I'm really intrigued by this quick loss poker in the ass approach.

BF%: 20.3 (I changed batteries in my scale, and cant figure out how to get it back in athlete mode, which is why its so much higher, I guess its more accurate this way anyway)

food: Oatmeal with peanut butter and blue berries, friend egg sandwich, a peach, biscuits and gravy
