not really, I almost didnt even eat the taco for dinner but I was worried I hadnt had enough food and wouldn't sleep good and I need to get some good ZzZz tonight


The cookies were my grandpas home made ones, so my dumb calories went to delicious use today at least

I was ****ting bricks this morning! I couldn't remember if I had a 203.3 or 203.1 on the board! I got up 5 hours earlier than normal for a flight and had I been thinking I would have not ate a taco late, nor drank any water before bed.

I made a deal with MLYLT that if she wouldn't make me pack my scale for what would be one day of weigh in that when i get back on thursday I have to be a 1lb under what I normally would be.

I am a little scared, I really have to make sure not to eat a bunch tomorrow.

Also, Im not going to go back and edit MFP, but I ended up going out with someone and ended up getting salmon tacos because they looked good and I didnt want ot make him uncomfortable by not eating since we just met. :/

That was the right play eating the tacos. You'll be fine on the weigh in. Drink lots of water tomorrow and keep your cals low.

Just say " no thanks. ". If necessary add "I am trying to lose weight and that would throw me back". The life is soooooooooooooo much easier if you plain say what you mean. That is not only with food.

Its not a big deal, i hadnt eaten much yesterday, and it was some poor kid who wasnt even 21 and it was late and we were the only people in the place and I could tell he was uncomfortable.
