Mmmmm pizza!

Now go grocery shopping and stock up on fresh healthy food for the week. Do it. Below are some items that should be on your shopping list.

Yogurt
chicken breast/thighs
deli turkey
ground turkey
cheese (feta, cheddar, etc)
broccoli, cabbage, carrots, (buy the frozen shiat if that's easier) sautee meat, add frozen shiat, add a low sugar sauce (teriaki or maybe a salad dressing) and boom, quick dinner, with left overs for lunch the next day.
nuts
apples, watermelon, oranges, kiwi, mango, payaya, peaches, pears

well it's not as bad as it looks, since Ive burned 600-1K calores most of those days. But yeah, I definitely want to eat less.

haha, but also there were some good "moral victories" in there as well. Saturday was at a baby shower and they had a pretty sick spread which easily could have resulted in a couple K worth of calories, and I restrained myself exceptionally well. I did **** up and have 4 cupcakes, but mostly because I vastly underestimated the calories of each one because they were so tiny. And then lastnight I only ate half a large pizza spread over 2 meals instead of the entire thing in 1, and i was ****ing starving because I did a race.

I mean I know thats all still bad, but I feel good about it not being a lot worse, because I certainly wanted it to be, and it felt good to know that I could exercise at least some level of self restraint. So I'm looking at it as a positive that im headed in the right direction.

What penalty are you paying if you go over? We need to set some terms here if you're going to take this thing cereusly! Unless you've already set defnite terms and I'm missing something. Also, you're actually a bit of a risk to over 205.1 in two days methinks. Err 205.2 I guess.

I think I mentioned it earlier, but in case I only thought I did,

If I weigh equal to or greater than the high mark of the previous 8 days, I owe MLYLT $1K. I can not pause this challenge for any reason barring some accident (I end up in the hospital, or freak scale explosion, etc) until my 8 day high is under 190lbs.

haha, i know dinner was bad, but I went to a baseball game and I'm eating me a ballpark hotdog god damnit! The hotdog I wanted was 2000 calories, so I think I did pretty good Smell of popcorn eventually got to me and I cracked, oh well.

Also, the dbacks struck out 12 batters so everyone got a coupon for a free any size big gulp from circle K, and I ended up with 3 coupons

Maybe I'll fill my bathtub up with Dr.P!

The problem is that you totally can construct a tiny hot dog with max 4 inch sausage and a tiny bun and still have it at 2 k calories. You can just compare lunch and dinner in last log entry. I bet that lunch looked a lot more impressive than dinner.

Nice job! You’re making progress entirely because your keeping your portions under control, which is the hardest part...no bingeing. Once you’re comfortable and used to the quantity, next step is eating the same amount but less calories.

I’m torn. I really want you to succeed but I also would be so happy if MLY got a 1k windfall. I bet she’d spend it on both her mental and physical health.
