In your opinion what is the most acceptable way to get body fat tested...underwater weighing not really likely/possible. Or I guess what are reasonably acceptable ways that are accurate?

Open to better suggestions on how to program lol hotel gym. I have a ton of free time. Am going to eat a metric ton of food per day and have a generally high activity level on top. So I guess lol G-Flux and just do two a days of weights/gheydio on a bodypart split according to however I feel? Just kinda keep doing derpy random stuff to amuse myself? I guess it doesn't really matter.
Lifted yesterday. Still have #weaks. Have a couple more #weeks before more travel provide another setback. Ideally I should have a few months to make progress after that without being set back by flying around planet.

Isolation Nonsense
I've added some direct ab work. I also did some thing where I threw a shotput like a KB swing. Apparently a real drill. Managed 10.2 so glad I pushed into double digits. I guess that is right around half of world class, which is basically where all my athletic endeavors currently fall.
I feel like I have had a cold for a week or so. Slightly more sore than normal. Feel slightly worse. Prob should just read that the same as when other posters talk about being "sick", but still workout. (Whole other concept of lifting when sick. Apparently everyone is a sperglord.)
Waist measurement still in happy place, so gonna assume this is because I woke up 5.5 hours earlier than yesterday.
Trap is not in pain which makes me happy. Low grade cough/cold still there. Nothing new to report.
TY Malucci. Try enjoying some unprotected sex instead of binge drinking/eating. A good course of antibiotics will also stimulate some weight loss even if you do catch something treatable!
I tried unprotected and got shot down...the protected version required more attempts so the extra exercise had to have weight loss benefits. The peace of mind afterwards was a benefit of the protection as well. However I still hate penis suffocation
